When the pandemic/lockdowns began last year, we didn't want our daughter in daycare so we decided to be part of a nanny share with another family (who had a daughter as well). We were SO lucky to find Rochelle for this. We alternated locations, one week at our home and one week at the other family's home. Rochelle was extremely flexible, if/when one of us needed to shift weeks, or even swap one of the days of the week, there was never any issues. Rochelle did such a great job taking care of both the girls. They had about a year and a half age difference, and Rochelle was able to keep them both occupied with appropriate learning/art activities, outdoor activities (in nice weather), as well as keeping them on their nap schedules! She also was great about winging it for lunch on the days when I - oops - forgot to have something set aside for my daughter's lunch. Both girls absolutely love her, and I would 100% recommend Rochelle! She is responsible, trustworthy, knowledgable & caring.
