About Rochanda

I am a Behavior Analyst and had 5 years working as a full time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have been working with children in multiple settings for 10 years. I started working as an after school teacher with the Child Center of NY then as a mental health consultant I would travel to various elementary and high schools in western queens, NY to educate on Life Skills based on a set curriculum and Active Parenting workshops in person and online during the COVID 19 lockdown. Recently my passion has moved its way to working as a Behavior Analyst mostly working with children with Autism, ADHD and other IDD diagnoses. I have worked in school, facility, clinic and in home settings with a wide range of age groups from our toddlers to seniors with IDD. I am a loving and bubbly personality and I grew up in a small town in Jamaica . I carry humility and respect as a badge of honor and I'm known to treat my clients (children) as my own or as I would my own.
