I am a 53-year-old homemaker. I am an enthusiastic retired special educator with over 11 years experience working in the public school environment. For about 10 years, I provided assistance for my grandmother by taking her to appointments, doing her shopping, keeping her company, taking her on daily walks, etc. Most recently, I quit my job as a pre-school teacher in order to take provide full-time care for my mom who had metastatic brain cancer. I am now looking for meaningful part time work that will provided me with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment at the end of the day. I am a very outgoing woman with a great attitude and a positive outlook on life. I am kind, patient and caring. I am well organized, have a clean driving record and love pets. With my experience and personality I believe I can provide excellent care.

Robin cared for my mom who spent the past nearly three years with me while recovering from complications following surgery. Robin’s ever cheerful disposition and helpfulness was a ray of sunshine for my mother. Robin helped my mom bathe, dress and groom without ever being intrusive, walked around the neighborhood making my mom new friends while providing physiotherapeutic support, cooked, provided transportation to doctor’s appointments and more! We have been very lucky to have her and would recommend Robin wholeheartedly to anyone in need of eldercare.
