I work for Special Recreation Association of Central Lake County, and am an aide for 3 amazing autistic kids. I also work one day a week with the Active Adults, I have always had a passion for working with special needs kids, but once I did this program I realized how awesome it is to work with the adults too. My dream has always been to work with special needs in some way, originally my plan was to be an occupational therapist but recently I've realized I'd rather make more of a difference in the classroom as a special education teacher.
