Robin is very easy to talk to and anxious to do what is wanted. She is knowledgeable about cleaning products and uses products that are environmentally safe for people and households. If you let her know what you want and need she is careful to follow your directions. She is very hard working and works quickly. 

Robin is simply very good, very dedicated. I have a somewhat cluttered, somewhat older condo. Robin was very thorough in cleaning the bathroom and kitchen (I did not ask her to do the other rooms), and vacuuming, while not damaging some of the more fragile stuff (like older cabinets). She would also get my laundry done and get everything folded. She's also fun to talk to (we are fellow cat people). If you need organizing -- my kitchen did -- she can help you figure out how to arrange things for efficiency and convenience. She's reliable and honest.

Robin is a dynamo at cleaning and organization. She's very pleasant to work with, if there is need to work together, which is often the case when organizing a person's home. She's very intuitive, and understands when you need a little time to decide to keep something or discard it. As a senior with a disability, I have been working with Robin weekly or bi-weekly since March 2016 to clear out the paper, magazine and book clutter in my house and to re-organize rooms that were just too disorganized.  Robin has amazing organizational abilities, and she has always been upbeat and enthusiastic about the job.  Her attitude, friendliness, and focus helped me to concentrate on sorting through the bins of paperwork, so that the work went quickly.  

 She came up with a really good plan for a spare room, and moved all the furniture and file cabinets around by herself, until I was delighted with the new room arrangement.  In addition, Robin helped me to prioritize what areas of the house needed cleaning, and she cleaned those areas as needed.  

 She adapted to my special allergy needs of damp dusting and mopping to keep the dust down in the house, and she used non toxic cleaning products.  Robin has been a blessing to me.  My friends have expressed their amazement at the transformation in my house, from clutter piles to neatness.  So far I have managed to maintain the neatness, but I will always call on Robin regularly for her expert help.   I recommend her highly.
