Experienced caregiver, including working through H1N1, Swine Flu and Bird Flu in nursing homes! Very familiar with personal protective equipment (PPE) and precautions. Needing care for your loved one can be overwhelming; let me help. My years of experience have included; working folks of all ages (newborn-102!) in private homes, nursing homes, memory care units, a neuro behavioral unit, hospital and a doctors office, as well as hospice and direct care of folks with developmental disabilities, dementia, deafness and blindness. I'm also a former Red Cross Instructor, who taught First Aid, CPR (all ages) AED, Bloodborne Pathogens and the Babysitters Certification courses. While I am new to Care. com, I have lots of experience with care giving.
