I am the mother of premature triplets, all 3 were special needs. Now they are 16 years old, in high school and are doing well. When I was in my teens I would go to work with my neighbor (during summer breaks) who worked with mentally and physically challenged students. This was over 30 years ago, I'm not sure if I can tell you their names although I still can close my eyes and see the faces of the students I worked with like it was yesterday for they touched my heart so. I also helped a family friend's daughter for over 5 years, I would go to her house 2 to 3 times a week. We would ride our bikes (that was her favorite thing to do), also go to movies and shop.
