I'd describe my personality as friendly communicative reliable I like caring for seniors because I enjoy interacting with them and hearing about their life experiences . Over 40 years of nursing experience (retired) I'm looking for a job that utilizes my nursing and caregiver skills. I would like a position caring for 1-2 seniors. Able to assist with personal care but no heavy lifting. Able to prepare light meals, do light housekeeping, medication reminders. If client is under the care of a physical therapist am able to assist with prescribed exercises. 4-hr shift only. I started caring for seniors in 1981 in a nursing home when I was going to nursing school In my spare time, I like to walk my dogs, read, do small projects, go swimming One thing you should know about me is that I approach job with the Christian belief in the dignity of all persons. My skills include safe mobility assistance,, nutrition , communication, assessment of mental/physical changes or concerns
