About Robin

I have 2 adult children (one with special needs) who I lovingly raised. I also have 2 grandchildren who I adore babysitting for. While my kids were growing up I volunteered in the schools regularly (grades K-8) to help enrich their education. When they graduated, my love of children led me to take a job at a Preschool. I got CPR certified and trained to work with children with a range of abilities and disabilities. I started as a teacher's assistant, helping children with language expansion, social skills, task execution and behavior management. I was later given the responsibilities of running the After School Program and substitute teaching. As Director of the After School Program I led educational games and group activities in a safe, nurturing, engaging environment. I took a refresher CPR course to prepare for my recent position as a PT Nanny. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with this sweet child and his family (until they relocated), and I look forward to more "nanny-ing"!
