About Robin

I enjoy laughing, learning, playing cards/board games, reading, watching TV/movies/sports, music, nature, travel and walks. I have a B. S. degree in human services and completed several graduate courses in counseling. I've spent my life working in social services, including over 20 years helping people of all ages and ability levels live as independently as possible while treating them with the dignity they deserve. I love spending time with my 9 nieces/nephews and 7 greats, and I also enjoy dog/house-sitting. I have not provided direct senior/memory care in several years but I still have a passion for it. My full-time job (as a 911 operator) crams all of my weekly hours (49) into 4 consecutive evenings/overnights and also caters to my night owl tendencies. Doing this type of work during my off-days to earn extra income is incredibly rewarding.
