I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I have extensive caregiving experience. I attend online training courses with a RN covering a wide range of topics. I am CPR /AED and First Aid certified. I have worked in both communities and private residences. I have cared for a young teen with Cerebral Palsy and a young, medically-fragile adult on the Autism spectrum. I have cared for clients with Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Parkinson's Disease, COPD, hip replacements, mobility issues and Macular Degeneration. I have assisted clients with prescribed PT/OT exercises, mobility, showering, toileting, household chores, shopping, medication reminders and refills, pet care and meals. I absolutely love being a caregiver and bringing smiles to the people I care for.
