About Robin

I am an experienced and dedicated math teacher and tutor with Maryland and South Carolina Professional Teaching Certificates in Advanced Mathematics and Special Education. I work with students from elementary school through Algebra, helping them build both math skills and confidence. Because every child learns differently, I tailor my instruction to meet each student's individual needs and learning style. Whether a student needs help catching up, staying on track, preparing for a test, or gaining confidence in math, I provide patient, supportive, and engaging instruction. One of the most rewarding aspects of tutoring is building lasting relationships with students and their families. Many of the students I have tutored over the years have continued working with me as they progressed through school, and I remain in touch with many of those families today. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to help students become confident, independent learners.
