With nine years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about promoting well-being and independence. I'm a Certified Home Health Aide, and my training includes CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, live-in home care, and personal care. I also assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is very important to me.
