Robin has set an extraordinarily high bar for our first nanny—she is punctual, professional, and communicative, but also very creative and caring with my little toddler. In some of our first interviews, she had asked if there are any cultural preferences/viewpoints she should be aware of so she could express sentiments in a consistent manner to my toddler, which struck me as very considerate. Her method of permissive, but gentle caretaking has helped him learn how to interact with the world in a fearlessly curious way, whether they’re doing arts and crafts, library time, going to parks/museums, or little spots in nature. She plans days and outings curated on what the kid is interested in, and he always come back with new words or things he has learned with her! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my little guy—Robin is truly one of the best!
