About Robin

Robin has been our nanny for the last two years, and she is truly amazing! She started when my daughter was 6 months old and my son was 2.5 but she was mostly responsible for my daughter since my son was in school. My daughter absolutely loves her! From the second she enters our home, she is focused on the kids. She is always playing silly games with them, taking them on adventures (to museums and libraries), and even signed my daughter up for a music class! My son loves imaginative play and Robin is always willing to engage in the play with him. One thing I love most about Robin is she maintains the boundaries of our house. She won't just let the kids run wild but works with them to make safe choices, use manners, and play gently with one another. As a parent, this has been tremendously helpful. It ensures the kids are always following the same "rules", especially at such a young age when they struggle if something is allowed with one caregiver but not with another. Finally, she is extremely communicative. She'll send us photos throughout the day when the kids are doing something cute. She always arrives on time. She rarely calls out sick, and when she does its because my kids gave her a bug. She has been a wonderful addition to our family!
