Robin was careless. She left out dirty towels, forgot to lock up, missed cleaning surfaces.

Robin is amazing! She's been cleaning my house for almost a year now and it's been the biggest relief to have her help. Not only is she a super nice and friendly person who makes you feel very comfortable to be around, she also does a great job keeping up with my house. She's speedy and thorough with her cleaning, and has never once canceled on us. She's also been very understanding and accommodating when I've had to change the day/time on her last minute a few times. She's great with our dogs and has even helped us out with caring for them when we've had to run out. I'd highly recommended Robin to anyone looking for regular cleaning services!

Robin cancelled on our apt for an interview. I gave her a second apt and she did not arrive, did not call or message.

I recently hired Robin to clean my house and I could not be more impressed!  Robin is kind, punctual, dependable, and did a fantastic job cleaning my house.  It has never looked or smelled so clean!  She was flexible with my work hours, and tolerant of my enthusiastic dog.  I would without hesitation recommend Robin, she is a keeper!

Robin was available to visit my house first and do a walk-thru so we could talk through what I'd like done and so she could give me an accurate estimate.  

Robin was punctual on the day of the house cleaning and ready to go.  She went room by room and was extremely thorough. She was also comfortable with our family dog (one of the primary reasons I need help keeping up with the dust and fluff) - he just moved wherever the cleaning wasn't happening!

When Robin was finished, I immediately booked our next appointment.
