Robin has been taking care of our father on the overnight shift for almost 3 months and has been doing a great job. She is reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, has a good personality and interacts well with our father. He was hospitalized in Nov after a bad fall and Robin started taking care of him sooner than planned and she came over to take care of him on very little notice the day of his bad fall. It has been very comforting knowing that our father is in good hands overnight under Robin's care.
