I worked with Robert Physical Therapy Aide, for three years at a Hospital. Robert has proven to be professional in his appearance and in his interactions with staff and patients. He excels when given a challenging patient through the Functional Maintenance Program and many of these patients have become success stories. He is very caring, encouraging and has a way of improving the functional outcome of the most medically complex patients. During the few years that we worked together, I have felt that Robert was the behind the scenes person that enabled our rehabilitation department to run efficiently. He quietly went about his work, making sure that the patient's equipment was repaired and obtained the equipment for patients that each therapist recommended. One of Robert's fine qualities is that he takes initiative; he enables the therapists day to run smoothly.
