About Robert

Supporting the care, independence and well-being of adults with developmental disabilities has been my life's work for the past decade. I have recently moved to the area and am now seeking to expand my experience to include other types of care (i. e. seniors). I pride myself on being a patient, detail-oriented caregiver who remains calm, understanding and present when navigating all types of challenges. I am highly skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention with kindness. Building a meaningful connection with those in my care will be my immediate goal, and I always ensure my care respects their autonomy and way of being in the world. I am comfortable with pets, have my own transportation, and maintain CPR training and First Aid certifications. I will follow your preferred communication method to keep you updated on your loved one's well-being. It would be an honor to bring my experience into your home to help your family thrive.
