About Ro

Hi Families! My name is Ro. Three words that describe me are Caring, Responsible, and Patient. I love working with children because their natural curiosity keeps every day fun and exciting. Helping them learn and grow is very rewarding for me. I'm looking for a job where I can build a trusting relationship with children and their families. I value open communication and teamwork to create a safe and nurturing environment. I started caring for kids at a young age by babysitting for neighbors and Family, which sparked my passion for childcare. As a parent to a now 20-year-old ( who was VERY active) , I've gained valuable hands on experience and a deeper understanding of children's emotional needs and patience. I'm CPR certified and my top 3 child care skills are Communication, Patience, and Creativity. I'm excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family!
