For the past five years, I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and understanding. I strive to connect with care recipients by learning about their preferences and life stories. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I am also skilled in handling confusion or agitation. I communicate regularly with families, using their preferred method, to provide updates and address any concerns. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have a high school degree, and I am also CPR and First Aid trained.
