We have used Riz to care for our boy/girl twins as back up care and as a nanny when our kids were younger. She is amazing at what she does and is able to multitask playing with the kids while keeping the house tidy and completing the daily kids related chores. What my kids and I love most about RIZ is her personality and energy. She is a natural with our kids and I would recommend her to anyone. Happy to say we in the end we consider her our friend and part of the family
