One thing I really appreciated about Ritzi was the way she went to bat for me when I was in the hospital. I was in a place where it was easy to be ignored by the staff. She was diplomatic but relentless and got me the care I needed. Once I was home, I needed 24 hour care for a period of time. Between Ritzi and her sisters Luisa and ZuZu, I was well taken care of. They are honest, intelligent and professional.
