We were lucky to find Ritzi to provide companion care, medication management, transportation assistance, cooking, laundry, personal grooming (Ritzi is amazing with hair!), and more for our dear Mom with Parkinson's and early dementia. She understood the conditions and was patient and understanding in challenging situations. Ritzi has a brilliant smile and brought a positive, can-do attitude to the house every day. She went out of her way to provide detailed notes of doctor's appointments and coordinated and communicated information with all family members promptly and clearly. It was clear from our in-home interview that Ritzi is a dedicated caregiver who has the best interest of the person in her care at heart. Unfortunately, our Mom progressed to needing full time care at an assisted living facility--otherwise, we would not have given up Ritzi as our caregiver. Because she's become like part of the family, Ritzi came to Mom's birthday party at the assisted living facility, keeps in touch, and we're grateful to have her in our lives. She really is a great find!
