About Rithika

Hi, my name is Rithika! I'm a rising second year, planning to major in Neuroscience. I love working with kids and helping families. I have experience working with elementary and middle school children and have also worked as a caregiver for dependent adults! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, patient, and fun. I like working with kids because they see the world differently and we can learn so much from their perspective. I'm looking for a job that allows me to learn more about kids and teaches me how to be a better caregiver. I started working with kids when I was in middle school and I would babysit my sister. I would make an after school snack and help with homework. In my spare time, I like to read, bake, bedazzle, and go to coffee shops with my friends. I've worked in healthcare for a few years and the patient care I pride myself on translates well to the child care I hope to provide. My skills include crafts, feeding, and tidying up.
