I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines and handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I have some college education and First Aid Training. I can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
