About Ritchel

I have been working as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the past few months and have quickly adapted to the fast-paced and physically demanding nature of the role. I take pride in providing compassionate, patient-centered care while remaining attentive, dependable, and professional. My experience as a CNA has strengthened my communication skills, time management, and ability to work efficiently under pressure while supporting both patients and healthcare teams. I have been physically active my entire life, with a background in wrestling and boxing that began during my school years. These sports helped build my discipline, resilience, and strong work ethic, while teaching me the importance of teamwork, consistency, and mental toughness. Staying active has always been important to me, and I am currently working toward getting back into training to continue maintaining my physical and mental well-being.
