My motivation stems from a genuine passion for enhancing the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, coupled with positive experiences in previous care roles. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with some college education. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, do light housekeeping, & prepare meals. Compassionate and empathetic, I'm also friendly, approachable, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me when building a connection. I adapt to changing routines, & de-escalate stressful situation.
