My experience with senior care began three years ago with my 87-year-old mother. Through that journey, I came to understand that even more important than physical care is being truly Present, Attentive, and Compassionate with an elderly person. Listening from the heart and offering companionship during this stage of life is essential -especially because it can often feel very lonely.
