I'm flexible with scheduling and prioritize your convenience. Should you have a specific request or concern, I listen carefully, ask questions, and document everything for future reference. I provide my own cleaning supplies, primarily eco-friendly, but am happy to use your preferred products. I'm skilled at tackling stubborn stains, cleaning delicate surfaces, and removing pet stains and fur. I hold a high school degree and speak Português do Brazil.
