NO SHOW FOR INTERVIEW! After explaining to Rita how disappointing it is to have people not show up for interviews, I asked her to please CALL if her plans changed, or if she found another position. My sister-in-law is in a wheelchair and had to make special provisions to be out of bed and ready for their interview. Rita sounded great on the phone when we set up the appointment, but did NOT call to cancel. So unprofessional! One simple phone call and I would not have to leave a one star review. We called several times and left a voicemail for her, and received no response. It will be interesting to see what retort will be posted.
