My calling lies in enriching the lives of adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence. My journey began with positive experiences in previous care roles, solidifying my desire to make a real difference. With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a college degree, I provide compassionate care, including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am patient and calm, especially when adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I prioritize earning trust and communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid trained.
