I have seven years of experience working in healthcare as a Home Health Aide. During my career, I have cared for patients with dementia, anxiety, limited mobility, and patients who are bedridden and require assistance with most of their daily activities. I am experienced in helping patients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. I understand that caring for someone with dementia or anxiety requires patience, compassion, good communication, and the ability to remain calm during difficult situations. One of my greatest strengths is treating every patient with dignity and respect. I pay attention to changes in a patient's behavior or condition and communicate concerns appropriately with the family, nurse, or healthcare team. After seven years in this field, I have learned that being a Home Health Aide is more than completing daily tasks. It is about helping patients feel safe, valued, comfortable, and cared .
