I have been working with kids for over 15 years, as an elementary/middle school teacher, babysitter, and before/afterschool program director. I have experience with all ages 4 weeks - 15 years old, and have the ability to transport myself to jobs and children to activities as needed. I regularly take extra trainings in behavior management and de-escalation, and am certified in CPR and first aide. I love having the opportunity to build relationships with youth and families to create the best environment for kids!

I’m happy to recommend Rin for any childcare position. I worked with and supervised Rin in a program that serves families and youth ages 6 weeks to 10 years old. Rin is great with children of all ages and also led Q Club, which my child attended and served middle school youth. They also helped lead Q Camp, where they created an environment where youth felt accepted, supported, and celebrated. My child had such a wonderful time, and my friend’s child shared that they really felt supported and like they belonged. I’ve gotten to know and trust Rin over the years, and they are such a wonderful person. I fully trust them working in a program I run and, most importantly, with my own children. They are dependable, take initiative, and bring a calm and kind presence to the children and families they work with. I would absolutely recommend Rin to any family looking for someone they can trust with their children.
