About Rilka

I am a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years of full-time nannying experience, and many years of babysitting experience. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from infants (including preemies) to teens. I am currently an occupational therapy doctoral student at Temple University and am passionate about providing play-based childcare that facilitates social-emotional, physical, and mental development and growth. As a childcare provider, my goal is to be a member of your family team. This includes ensuring I uphold your household rules and values, as well as provide regular updates on your child's day. To that end, open and honest communication is essential. I am certified in Basic Life Support through the American Red Cross and have completed clinical rotations in early intervention. In addition to references, I am happy to provide child abuse clearances, state, and federal background checks.
