About Riley

Hi families! My name is Riley, and I am a dedicated nanny with a background in psychology and a strong focus on early childhood development. I have hands-on experience caring for young children and currently work as both a nanny and family assistant, managing routines such as meals, naps, play, and transitions. I especially enjoy working with toddlers, supporting language development, independence, and social skills through engaging, screen-free activities and outings. My psychology background includes research on infant and toddler development, which I apply in my caregiving. I also have experience working with children with autism, strengthening my patience, adaptability, and ability to support individual needs. I am warm, reliable, and highly organized, and I value building strong relationships with families. I am currently relocating to NYC and seeking a full-time, long-term position.
