Hi! My name is Riley, and I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with a strong background in healthcare, behavioral therapy, and home support. I have 7 years of experience as a CNA, where I specialized in memory care and wound care, and 5 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with individuals on the autism spectrum. In addition, I have over 8 years of childcare and babysitting experience, so I'm very comfortable supporting both children and adults with a wide range of needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and pride myself on being punctual, organized, and someone who truly follows through. I bring a balance of professionalism and warmth-I'm playful and engaging when appropriate, while still maintaining structure and consistency.
