We really thought Riley was a good fit. She was present with our son and mindful of him. While she wasn't super talkative to the baby she was good with him, often pulling him in the wagon and really alert with him. We felt he was in good hands with her. However, she quickly became unresponsive and uncommunicative with us after a few absences for personal reasons. The absences, while inconvenient, were understandable but after the third time in two weeks we couldn't rely on her, additionally she stopped responding to our communications. We had to estimate her hours for the last week as she wouldn't respond. We gave her three stars as she was good with our son and young people are inherently unreliable in our experience, but they will hopefully learn and grow. One job shouldn't cast a pale over one's future. We wish her the best of luck.
