About Riley

I have about 3 years of full-time experience as a nanny/housekeeper. My job duties include coming up with daily activities to keep two toddlers engaged, spending copious amounts of time in the outdoors, and practicing gentle parenting strategies as conflict management. My daily tasks included meal cooking and prepping, occasional light grocery shopping, dishes and laundry, and any other extra cleaning around the house. I also have wonderful Montessori-based strategies to help children learn to manage age-appropriate household duties. I live an extremely active lifestyle, and this manifests in my work as well. I love going on hikes, engaging with children at parks or splash pads, and even bundling up and going sledding on snow days! I am not afraid of rain or shine, but I am also weather-conscious and will make well-informed decisions on when to go outside and have fun, and when it's better to stay in and do some arts and crafts, baking, house games, etc.
