I've been a childcare provider for over a decade because I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young minds. My experience as a babysitter taught me that I have a knack for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. My formal education and ECE coursework have further enhanced my skills and knowledge in early childhood development and education. I would describe my communication style with parents as open and transparent. I believe in regular updates and follow the communication method preferred by the parents. With a formal and reserved personality, I feel very comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in establishing a structured and consistent routine for the children in my care. My favorite games to play with children are those that promote physical activity, learning, and creativity.
