Hello! My name is Rikka. I am a caring, compassionate and dependable caregiver who enjoys working with seniors. I have experience providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep and support with ADL's. I believe great caregiving is built on kindness, empathy, patience and respect. I focus on providing dignity while helping people remain as independent as possible, always taking the time to listen, create a calm and positive environment and support each individuals unique needs and routines. Families describe me as reliable, caring, attentive and easy to communicate with. I am First Aid/CPR Certified and hold a National Caregiver Certification as a Home Health Aide.
