With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with children from newborn through age 12, I bring both expertise and genuine warmth to every family I support. Throughout my childcare career, I've worked in a wide range of roles-from classroom teacher to leadership positions-giving me a deep understanding of childhood development, classroom management, and the importance of creating nurturing, engaging environments. I've worked in childcare centers as well as served as a nanny and babysitter, allowing me to adapt easily to both structured settings and individualized home care.
