Hi! I'm a career nanny and early childhood educator with strong infant/toddler experience. I hold two degrees, one from UK and the other from UC, and am currently earning my second Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. I specialize in toddler development, communication, and positive behavior support. I provide safe, engaging and structured care with routines that support growth. I offer age appropriate learning activities, guidance through big emotions and child related tasks such as their meal prep, laundry, and toy organization. I'm nurturing, reliable, and CPR/First Aid certified, BLS certified, safe sleep certified and have my water safety certification. I do have a child, but he no longer needs to come with me. Compensation and Expectations: • $35/hr (willing to care for up to 2 children- will do light cleaning during nap. Note: I do not mop or vacuum/ clean non child areas) •30 guaranteed hours • Paid holidays • PTO/ sick days • Health insurance stipend • Contract required
