We communicated several times with this candidate about scheduling an interview. The interview was set and confirmed. We set up our schedule to be available for meeting her. She never showed up and never communicated with us about cancelling. We feel this is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and indicative of being unreliable -- not the kind of caregiver we would want to consider or hire.
