I am also trained in the Red Cross Pet First Aid Course. I have experience with young, senior, special needs, and challenging pets. Should any unexpected situations arise, I remain calm, follow pre-discussed emergency plans, and communicate immediately with you. Helping a shy pet come out of their shell is especially rewarding.
