Ricola cared for my uncle, who was 93 years old and diagnosed with moderate to advanced Alzheimer’s disease. She was our live‑in caregiver and spent five days a week providing 24/7 support. My uncle absolutely loved her. She is very soft‑spoken, exceptionally clean and neat, an excellent cook, and extremely kind. My uncle was a fun, loving man but experienced periods of aggression and anxiety. Ricola handled these moments with remarkable patience and skill. Toward the end, he had difficulty standing and often refused daily hygiene, yet she was able to gently encourage him and successfully guide him through many personal care tasks. Our family still keeps in touch with Ricola. We always felt confident and at ease knowing she was caring for our uncle.
