About Rickia

Hi there! My name is Rickia, and spending time with kids is truly one of my favorite things to do. During the week, I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children on the autism spectrum and help them build important life, social, and communication skills. I love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where kids can be themselves, explore their creativity, and have a great time. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, playing games, building forts, having dance parties, reading stories, or going on outdoor adventures, I'm always excited to join in on the fun! Along with my RBT experience, I've worked in daycare and classroom settings, which has given me experience with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I'm patient, dependable, and believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and encouraged. I can't wait to meet your family and become your child's new favorite babysitter!
