About Rickaylia
Experience: 2 yrs
I'd describe my personality as curious, encouraging, and playful. I love exploring ideas, helping others learn, and keeping things lighthearted. I enjoy working with kids because they're full of curiosity and creativity, and it's rewarding to help them learn and grow. I'm looking for a job where I can make a positive impact, be creative, and build meaningful connections with kids and families. I started working with kids two years ago in after-school programs and summer activities. I'm patient, reliable, and enjoy creating a fun, safe environment. My skills include planning educational activities, helping with homework, providing responsible care, and keeping spaces clean and organized.

She is well-mannered, responsible, and demonstrates a strong ability to adapt to different environments, including those that require care and attention for kids. I highly recommend her for any babysitting position.
