I love my job. I love taking care of Seniors. I've been a Caregiver for 12 years and it has been amazing. I worked for an agency in Fort Myers and they trained me extremely well. I have taken courses on Alzheimer's Care and Dementia. Eventually I started working for myself and it has been even better. I will listen to you and take notes as you tell me exactly how I can help you. Tell me what an ideal day with your loved one would be and I will try to make that happen every time. I like to have fun but I take my job very seriously because you are trusting me to take care of your loved one. I have cared for mostly men with a wide variety of issues, but also many couples and women. I have a folder full of Thank You notes. I am polite, punctual, professional, and extremely patient. You get the best of both worlds with me because I have been trained very well by an agency, but since I work for myself I will be much less expensive than any agency. Thank You.

Found Richard's profile and decided to give him a call to provide companionship to my elderly father to give mom a break. I found Rick to be delightful, and a perfect fit in so many ways. we had a meet and greet, and decided on visiting days and activities. In addition to the above characteristics, Rick is flexible, kind, straightforward and honorable. He is funny and respectful, and has immense patience. As I had never researched a care giver before I was at a loss as to what to do, questions to ask, procedures, etc. He advised me and together we worked out the best plan for our needs. He is NOT a one size fits all guy - rather, wanted to learn about my folks specifically, and how best to care for them - And this he did admirably. We didn't work with him very long, and have since moved mom and dad to a facility, but I specifically asked him to stay on reserve, in case we need future care. I can recommend Rick highly.
