As a caregiver with a passion for taking care of old people including with dementia, I bring over a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge to senior care. My journey began in 2010 when I arrived in the US, where I initially worked as a family doctor in the Philippines for nine years. After migrating to Minnesota with my son to be with my husband and live as a family, I decided to dedicate my life to senior care. To enhance my skills, I obtained my CNA and TMA certifications by challenging the exams which lead me to work as a Resident Assistant /TMA in LTC and AL facilities. Eventually, I advanced to the role of HCSC/Staffing. With a patient and friendly approach , I prioritize open communication with family, using their preferred methods to discuss their parent's day and address any concerns.
