About Rian

Having hands - on work experience at a daycare center, where I was responsible for creating a fun , safe, nurturing. I assisted with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, nap time, and organizing educational and creative activities that supported early childhood development. Through this experience, I learned the importance of patience, clear communication, and understanding each child's unique needs and personality. I also worked closely with parents and team members to ensure consistency in care and to support each child's growth both emotionally and socially. My ability to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude helped me build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. I truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported, and I bring that same level of care, responsibility, and warmth into every caregiving opportunity. I am committed to creating a safe, fun, and structured environment where children can thrive.
